Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund (excluding original shipping fees).
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
